Children's Privacy

To assist in maintaining the privacy of our families, we will only print generic pictures which will not be identified to a team or an event. Coaches and managers with access to individual team pages are encouraged to avoid posting player’s names.  Generic team or action photos are acceptable so long as the images do not associate the player’s name with his or her image. We may from time to time publish stories about teams on the home page including All-Star rosters etc….Upon registering your child in STLL Baseball or, the “Fall Ball” program administered by STLL you are authorizing the use of your child's name, you are also agreeing to waive any claims against the STLL, any board member, or member of the STLL.

Calendars

We have decided to password protect access to the team calendars. This is to avoid broadcasting the times you may be away from your home.  Coaches and managers are encouraged to avoid posting messages with extensive schedule information or calendar and administrative passwords.

Email Addresses

We will keep all email information confidential. STLL will never rent or sell your email address to anyone.

Although we currently have no plans to send sponsor advertisements with the email notification, we reserve the right to do so at a future time. If we choose to send advertisements, we will do it in the message and never release your email address to the sponsor.

Cookies

We use cookies to simplify your experience at our site. For example, your calendar password will be stored in a cookie on your computer, so you don't have to enter it every time you want to look at your team calendar. We will not use cookies to collect information on your web surfing habits.

Registration

Information collected upon registration will be shared with Little League International in order to maintain South Tonka Little League’s charter. You will receive publications from Little League International as a result.  Visit www.littleleague.org to learn more about their data practices. 

South Tonka Little League uses Pay Pal in order to insure secure credit card transactions via our web interface.  Pay Pal collects a small percentage of each transaction for this service.

STLL is a registered non-profit organization.  Refunds will be issued at the discretion of the President and Treasurer of the STLL Board of Directors.  STLL reserves the right to decide the method and the amount of any refunds.
