STLL Coach’s Meeting

Time:  9:00 – Noon

Location: Excelsior Elementary Auditorium

This meeting is mandatory for all coaches.

The agenda includes:

1.       First-Aid Training

2.       Code of Conduct Discussion

3.       League Website Use – Instructions and Passwords

4.       Umpire/Rule Changes

5.       Clean Up Day Assignments

6.       Equipment and Uniform Pickup Instructions

7.       Concession Stand Assignments

8.       Photo Day Assignments

9.       Miller’s Day Discussion

10.   Practice and Game Schedules

11.   Team Rosters

This is the only time of year when all the coaches and league officials get together so it is an excellent opportunity to meet your fellow league volunteers.
